In the midst of Covid; Elaine took the extra pre-cautions to keep me safe while viewing properties. Ms. Sciacca came to my home for the initial meeting with very helpful information and explained her process in a way that definitely showed her expertise in real estate and put my mind at ease. If you are selling your home or buying one, select a Real Estate Agent that has the knowledge to make the transaction one that you understand. Real estate is complicated, full of legalese, time frames, etc. A competent agent has all of the answers and keeps you informed through the whole process. Elaine was Great from start to finish, at the first meeting she explained the my local market, the listing process and what to expect time wise. Once I pulled the trigger to listing my property, she was on top of all the details, inspection, pictures, listing it on websites, and arranging showings around my schedule.
